Prawn and Meat Stew

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 100 g celery, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 100 g smoked sausage
- 100 g cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 1⁄4 cups chicken stock
- 6 medium prawns
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
- Fry bacon in a pan till crisp.
- Add onion, celery and green bell pepper.
- Cook till tender.
- Add ham, sausage and chicken inches.
- Pour in tomato puree and stock.
- Add in sesame oil.
- Add prawns in and bring to a boil.
- Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
- Season to taste and Serve with rice.
