Prawn and Green Onion Fritters With Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 600 g cooked prawns
- 6 green onions
- 1 lime, juice and zest of
- avocado
- sour cream
- chives
- 2 small red chili (optional)
Directions
- Peel prawns and dice, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl shift flour, whisk in milk and add beaten eggs.
- Add lime zest and juice add prawns and mix to combine.
- Shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Avocado dipping sauce.
- Combine avocado, sour cream, chives and some lime juice. If you like some heat add chili.
