  1. Peel prawns and dice, set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl shift flour, whisk in milk and add beaten eggs.
  3. Add lime zest and juice add prawns and mix to combine.
  4. Shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Avocado dipping sauce.
  6. Combine avocado, sour cream, chives and some lime juice. If you like some heat add chili.
