Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
Directions
- DON'T THAW POTATOES!
- Mix all ingredients except French Fried Onions and place in 9x13 pan.
- Top with French Fried Onions 30 minutes prior to taking out of oven.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
