Ingredients
- 1 cup dry milk (powdered)
- 5 -8 drops scented oil or 5 -8 drops perfume oil or 5 -8 drops essential oils
Directions
- Mix dry milk with oil.
- Mix well.
- Add more oil for a stronger scent.
- Place in a container for gift giving.
- Include a card with directions:
