  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add beaten egg yolks and beat again.
  3. Mix and sift flour, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Alternate creamed mixture, sweet milk, and beaten egg whites.
  5. Bake in greased and floured pan at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
