Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 (6 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup shortening
- 4 tablespoons Crisco cooking oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Mix eggs, sugar, shortening, and oil together until well blended.
- Add salt, flour, milk, vanilla, and lemon flavoring.
- Add instant pudding last; mix well.
- Bake for 1 hour.
