Potluck Beans

This bean recipe uses smoked turkey sausage links and three kinds of beans mixed together in a slow cooker. Perfect for pot lucks or a meal within itself. From Hoffman's "Pot Luck".

Ingredients

• 1  lb  smoked turkey  sausage links, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• 1  onion, chopped
• 1  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2  teaspoons dry mustard
• 1  teaspoon vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄3 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
• 1 (30 ounce) can chili beans, undrained
• 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans, drained

Directions

1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low about 6 hours. Serve hot.
