Ingredients
- 22 ounces Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 cup onion (chopped and sauted)
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
Directions
- Simmer hash browns, onion and chicken broth with 2 cups water for 30 minutes. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat until blended and hot.
