Potato Scones

Taken from 'The Complete Dieter' - 596 cals for 4, 149 cals for 1 - Just the sort of food a carbonholic drools over, go easy on the butter though, please. It's easier to make 4 portions at a time, either share them or freeze some, but don't succumb to the temptation to eat all of them at once - Variation : Leave out cottage cheese, and blend a large raw onion with salt, pepper, nutmeg, fresh herbs; then add flour and potato. Add a little bran if mixture seems too soft. Show more
