Potato Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 3 lbs small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup scallion
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- salt
Directions
- Cook potatoes for 14 minutes. Cool under cold water.
- Mix next five ingredients.
- Cut potatoes into quarters.
- Combine mixture and potatoes and refrigerate.
