Potato Leek Bread (Abm)

From The Bread Machine Cookbook. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 4  tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄3 teaspoon  grated nutmeg
• 3  cups bread flour
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast
• 3⁄4 cup leek, sauteed

Directions

1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the leeks during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
