Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Combine water & potato, mix well.
- Add breadcrumbs, bacon & parsley & mix until mixture looks crumbly.
