Potato Chip Cookies

This was my Mom's recipe. It is so very easy. Sort of a sugar cookie with a twist. Warning - they go fast.

• Yields: 24-36 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup margarine
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1  egg yolk
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1⁄2 cup  crushed  potato chips
• 1⁄2 cup  chopped  nuts

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Cream the margarine, sugar and yolk.
3. Add flour, potato chips and nuts.
4. Mix well.
5. Drop by tsp.
6. on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 10-12 minutes.
