Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 12 ounces shredded American cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup small onion, chopped
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes cereal
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease on 9x13 baking dish.
- Place potatoes in bottom of prepared dish.
- Combine the 1/2°C butter, condensed soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion in a separate bowl. Mix well and then pour over potatoes.
- Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle with 1/2°C melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
