Potato Bread

Yields: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups water, warm
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3⁄4 cup mashed potatoes
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons instant yeast
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer. Knead for 4 minutes.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down dough, shape into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Let rise for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
