Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add shredded potato, cream of chicken soup, mozzarella cheese & sour Cream.
  3. Mix together until combined.
  4. Lightly grease a large oblong pyrex dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Add Potato mixture to pyrex dish and evenly flatten with spatula to sides of dish.
  6. Sprinkle Sharp Cheddar Cheese on top of potato mixture.
  7. OPTIONAL: Garnish with paprika & parsley flakes.
  8. Bake in a 400F pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for 10-15mins before serving.
