Potage Du Jardin (Garden Vegetable Soup)

Ingredients
- 2 quarts vegetable stock
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery rib
- 3 cabbage leaves
- 1⁄2 cup pastina
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- 1. Cut vegetables into small slices julienne style.
- 2. Place stock in a soup pot. Add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.
- 3. Add the Pastina, salt, and pepper and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Serve.
