Pot Sticker or Dumpling Sauce

This is my favorite recipe to use with potstickers, whether they're store bought or home made.

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1  tablespoon ginger, chopped fine
• 1  garlic clove, chopped fine
• 3  tablespoons light soy sauce
• 1  tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1  teaspoon  chili oil

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Serve with potstickers or dumplings.
