Ingredients
- 8 ounces fine egg noodles, cooked
- 2 cups pot roast, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Mix noodles, pot roast, Alfredo sauce and mushrooms in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
