Pot Roast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8  ounces  fine egg noodles, cooked
  • 2  cups  pot roast, cooked and chopped
  • 2  cups alfredo sauce
  • 1  cup  sliced mushrooms
  • 14 cup  breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Mix noodles, pot roast, Alfredo sauce and mushrooms in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
