Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 1⁄3 cups soy protein powder, unflavoured
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons stevia powder (pure)
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
Directions
- mix together first 8 ingredients (dry) in a large bowl.
- mix together last 4 ingredients in a smaller bowl.
- combine the wet with the dry and stir. The mixture may seem a little dry but it will combine.
- spray an 8x8 baking pan with olive oil spray.
- press dough into pan evenly; it will be dense.
- bake for 10 minutes at 350.
- let cool and cut into 16 squares.
