Yields: 1 cake icing
Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco shortening
- 3 cups sifted icing sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except the sugar and beat well.
- Add sugar gradually.
- Beat for 10 minutes.
- Ice and decorate your cake.
