Portuguese Spiced Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 -6 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons masterfoods portuguese chicken seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Peel and chop the potatoes in halves or quarters depending on size. Place in a saucepan of boiling water and cook until just tender, take care not to over cook. Drain the potatoes and place in a bowl, add the olive oil, portuguese chicken seasoning and garlic powder. Gently toss to coat, don't worry if the potatoes get a bit roughed up, they will come out crunchier! Tip the potatoes into an oiled roasting pan an cook at 450 fahrenheit/230 celsius for 30 minutes or until crispy.
