Portuguese Sausage Rice

It's a one pot meal.The Linguica favors the rice nicely.

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1 (16 ounce) package  gaspars  linguica sausage
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 4  cups water
• 2  cups rice

Directions

1. Put Butter and sliced Linguica in pot over medium heat. Brown Linguica it takes about 15 minute.
2. Add the Water To Pot, And Salt.
3. Bring to a boil,Add Rice. When the rice and water come to a boil, turn heat down to a simmer. Stir Occasionally throughout cooking time. It takes about 15-20 minute.
