Portabella Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 3 -4 portabella mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Mushrooms: Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
- Broil 8-10 minutes on low.
- Dressing: Combine all ingredients and whisk.
- Place lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and dressing in large salad bowl. Toss.
