Portabella Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs hamburger
  • 1 (16 ounce) package ricotta cheese
  • 3  cups  shredded cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar  spaghetti sauce (I use Chunky Garden Variety)
  • 2  cups portabella mushrooms (ie, chunks, babybellas etc)
  • 9 -12  lasagna noodles
  • 6  cups water
  • 8  ounces  shredded spinach
  • 1  tablespoon  italian seasoning

Directions

  1. boil water; soften noodles. let cool.
  2. fry burger w/ italian seasoning; drain.
  3. separate 1/4 cup of canned/jar sauce.
  4. preheat oven too 350 - 375.
  5. mix together in large bowl; shrooms, ricotta, sauce, (xtras you may like).
  6. layer large pan starting with 1/4 of sauce that was set aside.
  7. noodles.
  8. "the mix".
  9. shredded cheese.
  10. noodles.
  11. "the mix".
  12. shredded cheese -- etc etc until you run out of stuff or room to put it.
  13. cover the top with remaining shredded cheese and tin foil, then place in the oven till the cheese is melted and golden brown (approx. 20 min).
  14. enjoy.
