Portabella, Bleu Cheese & Walnut Patties

Ingredients
- 1 lb portabella mushroom cap, cleaned and finely chopped
- 1⁄3 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 7 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg, whisked
Directions
- With your hands, mix all ingredients until well combined. Shape into 4 ¼-inch-thick patties.
- Grill over medium-high coals or pan grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until heated through.
- To serve, place each burger on a roll or bun; dollop of mayo then top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber and/or onion slices to taste.
