Port Wine Marinade

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup port wine
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thoroughly combined.
- Marinade can be stored indefinitely in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
