Port and Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb imperial cheddar cheese (cold pack)
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup port wine
- serve with apple wedges dipped in lemon juice
Directions
- Crumble cheese.
- Beat together with sour cream and Port.
- Chill at least 3 hours and preferably overnight (covered tightly).
- This definitely improves with age.
