Ingredients
- 1 cup stoneground whole wheat flour
- 1 quart water
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 large dates, chopped
- 3 tablespoons almonds, cut
Directions
- Add salt to water and boil.
- Lower heat and add flour, stir with a whisk until desired thickness.
- Add dates and almonds.
- Cook 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
