Pork With Plums

Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 medium red onion
- 4 red plums, quartered
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 4 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Cut pork into strips. Heat the oil and fry pork with the onion, turning occasionally until lightly browned. Sprinkle with allspice and add the plums.
- Stir in chicken stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until plums are softened.
- Serve hot with rice.
