Pork With Apple Butter Sauce

Quick, easy dinner for 2 people. The horseradish adds a kick to the sweetness of the apple butter.

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high and spray with olive oil spray.
  2. Remove fat from pork and sprinkle with rosemary.
  3. Press rosemary into chops on both sides.
  4. Add to skillet and brown 2 minutes.
  5. Turn and brown second side 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cooked side with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Lower heat to medium low, cover and cook 2 minutes.
  8. A meat thermometer should read 160 degrees.
  9. Meanwhile mix apple butter, horseradish and cider vinegar together.
  10. Place pork chips on dinner plates and pour pan juices on top.
  11. Served seasoned apple butter on the side.
