Pork Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions
- Cut pork into 1 inch cubes.
- In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add pork and toss to coat.
- Let marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat broiler or grill. Thread pork cubes onto long skewers.
- Set 4-6 inches from the heat and broil or grill, turning and basting several times with the marinade, until browned outside and white throughout but still moist, 10-12 minutes.
