- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1⁄4 cup pickle
- 4 tomatoes, slices
- 4 slices red onions
- 1⁄2 cup cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups buttermilk

Directions
- cut pork loin into 4 oz portions.
- and hand pound both sides twice.
- dredge in:
- buttermilk.
- crushed corn flakes.
- deep fry until golden brown.
- toast kaiser roll.
- add:
- mayonnaise.
- pork tenderloin.
- romaine.
- pickles.
- RED ONION.
- tomato.
