Pork Sage Sauce

Yields: 2 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 2 cups white sauce (made with butter)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Saute the onion in the olive oil until the edges begin to brown, then whisk in the white sauce.
- Add teh sage and black pepper and bring the sauce to a low boil.
