Pork Rub

A Weber recipe. Note that pure chile powder refers to ground red chiles only, not chili powder, which contains unwanted ingredients. Choose a chile that has heat level within your comfort zone.

Ingredients

• 2  teaspoons  pure chile powder
• 2  teaspoons ground black pepper
• 2  teaspoons kosher salt
• 2  teaspoons ground cumin
• 2  teaspoons dried oregano
• 1  teaspoon  granulated garlic

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
