Pork in Cider

  1. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Dredge cubed pork.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Brown Pork until brown on all sides. Place in Slow Cooker.
  3. Return skillet to heat and add onion and apple cider until warm. Then pour into Slow Cooker.
  4. Add carrots rosemary, salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Stir. Place bay leaf on top.
  5. Cover and Cook low 4-6 hours.
  6. Serve over hot rice.
