Pork Chops With Orange – Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  orange juice
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2  teaspoons  minced garlic
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 4  pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 14 teaspoon  salt and pepper
  • 1  tablespoon  oil

Directions

  1. Preheat to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  3. Lightly season pork with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in skillet and brown the chops for 3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
  6. Remove fat from skillet and add sauce.
  7. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Put chops in and heat through.
