Pork Chops Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 pork chops
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan.
- Dip chops in 1/3 cup evaporated milk, then roll in mixture of 2 T. cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
- Put into pan and bake uncovered 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
- Pour tomato sauce arund pork chops after taking from oven, and put cheese and milk mixture over them.
- Return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes longer until meat is tender and cooked through.
