Pork Chops in Tomato and Onion Gravy

This is so easy! The meat has a wonderful flavor and the gravy is great over mashed potatoes.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Brown chops on both sides in a medium skillet.
  4. Place browned chops in a casserole dish.
  5. Top pork chops with sliced onions.
  6. Heat water to boiling.
  7. Mix water, bouillon cube, and soup and pour over chops and onions.
  8. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
