Pork Chops in Onion Sauce

This will liven up your pork chops!

Ingredients

  • 4  pork loin chops, 1/2 ",thick
  • 2  tablespoons  cooking oil
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 envelope  dry onion soup mix
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1  tablespoon flour
  •  hot  cooked noodles

Directions

  1. Cook pork chops on both sides in hot oil about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Mix water and soup mix.
  4. Pour over chops in skillet.
  5. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
  6. Remove chops to platter; keep warm.
  7. Stir together sour cream, milk, flour.
  8. Stir mixture into pan juices.
  9. Cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly.
  10. Serve chops and sauce over hot noodles.
