Pork Chops and Apple Slices (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • 4  pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 2  medium apples, peeled cored and sliced
  • 1  teaspoon butter
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops quickly; drain well.
  2. Arrange a layer of sliced apples in crock pot, then a layer of pork chops; repeat.
  3. Dot with butter; sprinkle with nutmeg.
  4. Cook on low 7-9 hours.
