Pork Chop Supper

I love the ease of this recipe and my kids love the apples cooked in with the rice.

  1. Brown chops in skillet over low heat.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Add rice and onion to the juices in the pan.
  4. Cook until golden brown, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in bouillon and 1 cup water.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Add chopped apple; mix well.
  8. Pour into greased baking 9x13 dish.
  9. Arrange pork chops on top.
  10. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  11. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix lightly.
  12. Arrange apple slices around pork chops.
  13. Bake uncovered, for 20 minutes longer or until pork chops are tender.
