Pork Burger Patties

My kids love this version better than using beef patties.

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 6-8 patties

Ingredients

  • 2 14 lbs  ground lean pork
  • 1  cup milk
  • 3  pieces  loaf  bread, crust removed
  • 1  egg
  • 1  teaspoon pepper
  • 1  tablespoon salt
  • 2  tablespoons  knorr  seasoning
  • 1  big  white onion, minced

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a large bowl and form into patties.
  2. Grill.
  3. Serve on toasted buns.
  4. Slather bread with mayonnaise, cheese singles and lettuce.
