Pork Burger

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs  ground lean pork
  • 1  egg
  • 1  small onion, finely chopped
  • 14 cup  dry breadcrumbs
  •  salt and pepper, to taste (and seasonings)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and form into 6-8 patties. For tender juicy burgers, don't over mix.
  2. Barbecue over medium heat for 5-10 minute per side until cooked throughly. Serve on hamburger bun with favorite toppings.
