Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup long grain rice (raw)
- 10 ounces tomato soup
- 10 ounces water (soup can full)
Directions
- Mix beef, onion, salt, pepper, and rice.
- Make into 25 balls.
- Arrange in a baking dish.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over top of balls.
- Bake at 350°F for one hour.
