Porcupine Meatballs and Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup uncooked rice
- 1⁄3 cup onion
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 (26 ounce) can spaghetti sauce (Delmonte)
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Porcupine Meatballs:
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
- Shape into balls.
- Fry in oil until brown and drain.
- Sauce:
- Mix the sauce, brown sugar, water, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce together.
- Pour over the meat.
- Cook until the rice is tender, approx 45 minutes.
- Pour over spaghetti and enjoy !
