Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄4 cup minced onion
- 1⁄4 cup minced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Combine ground beef,1/4 c.
- soup,rice,onion,egg salt,pepper.
- Shape into meatballs and brown.
- Mix remaining soup with water, pour over meatballs cover and simmer about 30-40 minutes or until rice is tender.
