  1. Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper; knead to mix.
  2. Mix tomato soup and water in pressure cooker.
  3. Form meat mixture into oblong balls; place in pressure cooker.
  4. Cook at medium pressure setting for ten minutes.
  5. Serve with salad and a vegetable.
