Popsicles

My kids used to love these special homemade treats and they loved helping to make them. My grandkids love this now.

• Serves: 1
• Yields: 1 batch

Ingredients

• 1 (1/4ounce) package  unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
• 1 (3 ounce) package Jello gelatin (any flavor)
• 1  cup sugar
• 2  cups boiling water
• 2  cups cold water

Directions

1. Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water.
2. Dissolve Kool-Aid in cold water. Pour Kool-Aid and Jello mixture together.
3. Pour into small (3 oz) paper cups, ice cube trays, or pop molds.
4. Freeze until almost firm.
5. Insert popsicle sticks, party picks, etc. and freeze until firm.
