Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

This sweet simple dressing is ecspecially good on a spinach salad topped with fresh orange sections and sliced strawberries

Ingredients

• 1  cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  tablespoon poppy seed
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon ground mustard
•  salad greens, of your choice
•  vegetables, of your choice

Directions

1. In a lar, with a tight fitting lid, combine the first 6 ingrediants;shake until sugar is completeley dissolved.
2. Shake again before serving.
3. Drizzle over tossed salad.
